BEFORE YOU SUBMIT THE FORM:

  1. Please check your product warranty validity (with invoice) with our customer service before submit this warranty claim form.

2. Only one claim per submission will be processed.

3. Picture of the claim is mandatory is mandatory for us to evaluate.

4. It is in our right to disapprove any claim request that is found incorrect or fraud.

Please note that:

  • Do make sure you using the same full name as written in the warranty form, to allow us in identifying the lights returned is from you.

  • In the majority of cases, your product will be replaced by default with a new unit, if it couldn’t be repair or replaced with parts. If your product has sentimental value to you, please do not send it in, and instead contact our customer service team.

  • The warranty for Nebo and True are handled by MTools Sdn Bhd. Under the local warranty from us, we will repair or replace your item at our discretion. If we choose to replace the item instead of repairing it, your original product will not be sent back to you.

  • You will be notified if your products is no longer under warranty and charges needed for repairing or replacing the parts.

  • Before returning a light to us, make sure to put in new batteries and that they are inserted the way indicated by the + and – symbols. And do check if this resolves the problem you faced.
