Yes, MTools will accept returns on any orders that fall within the following parameters.

1. For MTools customers, orders may be returned for any reason within 7 days of receiving the order. Items must be in original packaging and undamaged with all accessories. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the order back to MTools.
2. If you received your order and the items were damaged upon receipt, you must notify MTools within 3 business days of the delivery date listed on the tracking number to receive a replacement or a full refund. This rule applies even to orders that were placed as gifts. We recommend all customers inspect each item’s packaging for any visible damage before giving away to friends or family. Any returns outside of the 3-day period with visible damage to the packaging or products will be rejected.
3. Defective items are covered by MTools 2 years (for NEBO) and 1 year (for TRUE) local warranty which applies to all items. If you did not order your products from our website, you must provide proof of purchase to verify the warranty. Warranty claims should be made by filling out the warranty claim form here.
